At Mercy, we gladly offer exchanges and returns to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at mercylifeandapparel@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
Packages sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Return packages must be sent to the address provided after your return request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.
Item must remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
